Perhaps you are a Christian working in a non-Christian business. Or maybe you are a Christian running your own business.

Having worked in industry for many years as an engineer whilst maintaining and growing my faith and having had my own business for the last 7 years I understand all the complexities of navigating the business world whilst holding onto and living out my faith. I can help you ensure that your faith is part of everything you do, not side-lined to the weekends.

About me

I grew up attending church and have been a committed Christian since I was a young adult. Throughout my church life I have held many volunteer roles including youth leader, young people group leader and prayer co-ordinator.  I am now on the leadership team at my current church in Grantham in Lincolnshire and also run the prayer ministry team (as well as the IT!)

I am an experienced Control Engineer with a long and varied career in automation.  I worked as a Product Manager, Marketing Consultant, Internal Sales Manager and Strategy Manager in both blue chip and large family owned companies for over 30 years.  In 2016 I started my own part-time business, and since 2023 I have been working for myself on a full-time basis.

Combining being a Christian and working in secular companies gave me a unique perspective – one that those who have not walked this tightrope cannot appreciate. Throughout my career I have mentored, trained and coached many people like you and I work with you to ensure that you are the best Christian you can be – in often hard circumstances.

Through my belief in continuous improvement and commitment to personal development I have completed and implemented numerous work based training courses in sales training, DiSC® behaviour styles, individual and team coaching.   I have a Certificate in Christian Mentoring from Cliff College in Derbyshire, registered with the Association of Business Mentors and am an Associate Credited Coach with the International Coaching Federation. The coaching training was carried out with a Christian Training Company, Creative Results Management, so I have been immersed in coaching with a Christian impact throughout my career. I have many years of experience in coaching and mentoring Christians and those with other or no faiths.  I have walked alongside many people on their journeys and love to see how God can change your life. 

In addition, I am the Chair of Trustees of a Christian charity and own my own business, The Pathway Communication Company, working with businesses and individuals to find and fix the thing that is stopping them being as successful as they could and should be.
